The "Elsass 1" Tarte Flambée oven is a handy standard-flow oven with an independently adjustable baking chamber. Top and bottom heat can each be controlled separately. The viewing window and lighting make it easy to keep an eye on the baking process at all times without having to open the lid and losing heat.
After a heating time of 20 to 30 minutes, the oven can be used. The baking time of a tarte flambée is approx. 3 1/2 minutes at about 290°C. The stone oven is easy to transport so that it can be used at caterings, street parties or in the beer garden without any problem.
